Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Items with at least 75% of the product remaining are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price; Items with less product remaining may only be eligible for a partial refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
To initiate a return, send an email to Support@sanchoandlola.com and we will send you a Return Authorization Number;(RAN) In your return order please include your order #, RAN and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with an estimated refund amount, based on your description and other details of the order.

*Note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer. If you are shipping an item over $35, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, there is no way to locate the package if carrier loses it or delivers to another location.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will get notified by email that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, based on your payment method, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
