Sancho & Lola’s Closet is a small boutique brand that provides the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices, and. all purchases support rescues and shelters.

We hope that your pups love the treats you bought them from Sancho & Lola’s Closet. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days. At this time, we accept unopened packages that are intact.

The return policy has been enacted to protect our customers dogs and our employees from contamination and the virus.

Satisfaction Guarantee. Our return policy offers a full refund of the product price (Excluding Shipping) or exchange if you are unsatisfied for any reason which applies to original, unopened packages.

100% Quality Guarantee. Sancho & Lola’s Closet will accept returns for products including those that have been opened, if there is a quality issue with a product we will reimburse you or offer you an equivalent exchange for the product and shipping costs.

Refund/Exchange If a refund or exchange is approved a return label will be sent to you digitally. Once we receive your returned box we will process your exchange or refund. For refunds we will process it within 1 working day of us receiving your return. For the credit to show up on your payment method it  usually takes 2-3 working days.

NOTE: If a product is not returned in its original shipping box we will require dimensions of the box that you will return the product in.
