Sancho & Lola’s Closet is a small boutique brand that provides the freshest, highest quality chews, and all purchases support rescues and shelters.

As a small boutique company we are able to access higher quality small batch chews that your pups love and we have a very extensive vetting and inspection process to ensure we deliver the best and healthiest chews. 

Satisfaction Guarantee. Our Satisfaction Guarantee offers a refund of the product price (Excluding Shipping and Tax) or exchange of any chew that is still in a sealed (unopened package) within 30 days of purchase.

100% Quality Guarantee. Sancho & Lola’s Closet will accept returns for chews within 60 days of purchase including those that are not sealed if there is a quality issue.  We will reimburse you or offer you an equivalent exchange for the product within 60 days of purchase.

Refund/Exchange If a refund or exchange is approved by customer service because of a Quality Issue a postage-paid return label will be emailed to you. If you are returning a sealed product based on the Satisfaction Guarantee, you are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive your returned box we will process your exchange or refund. For refunds or store credits we will process it within 5 working days of us receiving your return. For refunds to show up on your payment method it usually takes 2-3 working days. We do not refund shipping costs.

We do not refund any product that is purchased partially or wholly with an eGift card.
